The Board of Trustees of the Idlib Health Directorate, elected in its fifth session, announces the opening of nominations for the position of Idlib Health Director. Requirements for applying for the position of Health Director: Residency: Must be a resident of the liberated areas for a period exceeding five calendar years from the date of the General Conference. Work experience: Service in public facilities for at least four years. Administrative experience: Administrative experience for at least two years. Academic qualifications: Doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or specialist in business administration (health facility management). Devoted to working for the Health Directorate during official working hours, in addition to what the interest of work requires, from working outside official working hours when needed and necessary or in emergency situations. Independence: From outside the members of the new Board of Trustees and the organizing committees of the conference. Health manager duties: Implementation and Management: Implement policies and plans approved by the Council and manage daily operations. Periodic reports: Submitting monthly reports to the Council on the progress of work and challenges. Official representation: Representing the Directorate in local and international meetings and events and submitting reports on the results of the meetings. Resource Management: Supervising the human and financial resources of the Directorate efficiently and effectively according to a vision that is consistent with the available resources.
