We, at Idlib Health Directorate, strive to support all efforts and initiatives that aim to integrate and enhance the competencies of individuals with disabilities. In a ceremony held by the "Nabd" initiative to honor outstanding students in universities and in both basic and secondary education stages, the Directorate of Health in Idlib, represented by the Office of Disability Affairs, attended and, in turn, honored the outstanding students with visual impairments, in recognition of their efforts and determination, while commending their significant role and hard work despite all the difficult circumstances.

It is worth mentioning that "Nabd" is a voluntary initiative targeting blind and visually impaired students at various educational stages. This initiative has been active for a year and has reached 150 volunteers, providing services to more than 50 students by supporting their school and university education, and offering a high-quality audio archive of all academic curricula for free.
