As part of the response to the earthquake of February 6, 2023, and within the efforts to periodically monitor the technical condition of health facility buildings, which Idlib Health Directorate implements, a technical inspection and engineering evaluation of the building of Al-Amin Physical Therapy Center in the Mashhad-Ruhin camps was carried out.

Through these tours, the degree of damage to each facility is determined, and a restoration plan is developed with an estimated budget. The restoration work on the facilities that were previously revealed is also continuing, as the first phase includes 14 health facilities in Idlib Governorate, and is being implemented with funding from the Syrian Civil Defense and joint supervision between the two parties.

It is noteworthy that 33 health facilities in Idlib Governorate were affected by the earthquake, and the damage ranged from cracks in walls, columns, and bridges, to a partial collapse of the building.
