Idlib Health Directorate opened the Department of Natural Obstetrics in Ras al-Hosn Health Center in the northern countryside of Idlib. The center receives all normal deliveries 24/7. This area is in great need of a nearby and easily accessible natural birthing center, as the nearest women's hospital is about 15 km away from the area. The health care center in Ras al-Hosn includes the following clinics: Internal disease , pediatric,dental, in addition to the ambulance department, dressing department, pharmacy, laboratory, a routine vaccination team, and a health awareness team. It serves about 30,000 people, most of whom are displaced. The opening of the Natural Obstetrics Department at Ras Al-Hosn Center is part of the Directorate's efforts to establish an integrated health system in cooperation with partner humanitarian organizations
