Central Referral and Ambulance System: It is a central body concerned with providing referral and ambulance services in northwest Syria. The central referral and ambulance system is one of the important and permanent strategic projects that is technically supervised by the World Health Organization and has a mandate from the health directorates in both Aleppo and Idlib

Referral: It is the process of transferring patients from a lower health level to a higher health level according to the patient's need and the required services. The referral system provides transportation services and referral coordination, and aims to transfer emergency and cold cases to patients and provide them with integrated medical care Ambulance: It is the process of transporting patients who suffer from critical or urgent medical conditions and require immediate medical care to the nearest hospital or appropriate health center, such as answering a call (home emergency - traffic accident ambulance - etc.) Transportation of Dialysis Patients: It is the process of transferring a patient with renal insufficiency or failure from home to the nearest dialysis center to receive the necessary treatment and return him to the home after completing the required session Transportation of Cold Medical Conditions Patients: It is the process of coordinating and transporting patients with cold medical conditions from the health center and returning them to the referral center for follow-up treatment.
